Tristan Jaxx gets pissed when he finds that his roommate and tenant Sebastian Fisher is smoking cigarettes on the premises! Sebastian, however, doesn’t seem to have a care in the world, and tells him that he pays rent there, so he can do as he pleases! Tristan gets ready to evict him, but Sebastian wants to resolve the issue another way … the way that involves Tristan’s at-work wife not finding out that her husband is screwing Sebastian!
